Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (code regarding the protection of personal data) pursues the protection of personal data that is processed by third parties, ensuring "that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data." 

EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) was issued with the aim of defining a common framework for the protection of personal data for all Member States and aims to standardize and harmonize regulations within the European Union. 

The regulation, in force since May 25, 2018, is mandatory and directly applicable in all Member States and, in the absence - at present - of national legislation implementing it, may be supplemented by the provisions contained in Legislative Decree 196/2003, provided that they do not conflict.

The processing of data for the purposes indicated is essential and mandatory for the execution of the mandate given to MaxEscursioni. Any refusal to provide data will make it impossible to correctly fulfill the obligations undertaken.

The data processed is stored at the domicile of the owner of the website www.lamaddalenaescursioni.com. Data processing is carried out, including with the aid of electronic means, through the collection, recording, and organization of data, processing, including modification, comparison, interconnection, use, including consultation and communication, storage, and deletion.
